Update window 64 bit version

   In response to player feedback concerning sluggish loading times, instances of freezing, and unresponsive button commands, we have taken the initiative to address these issues. As such, we are creating and uploading separate game files for 2 versions of the Windows app: 32-bit and 64-bit.
